What is SylfirmX and how does it work?
SylfirmX is a RF microneedling procedure that is primarily used for skin tightening and acne scars. This treatment focuses on a specific targeted area where microneedles penetrate deep into the dermis, where the layer of collagen bundles are located. In addition, SylfirmX delivers heat energy into the different layers of the skin, allowing for firmer skin and smaller pores. SylfirmX works by creating a trauma to the skin that helps with the production of collagen and the reduction of oil and bacteria when the skin naturally starts to heal itself. Furthermore, the energy delivered through the tip of each microneedle helps loosen the scar tissues resulting from resolved acne. Employing 25 insulated microneedles, SylfirmX is effective in treating fine lines, wrinkles, acne, laxity, stretch marks, scars and stimulating collagen.
